A small, supportive 8 week course for runners who can already run 5k and want a clear, confident path to be able to run 10k

Time : Every Tuesday at 7pm

Location : Meeting at the White Horse, Broughton Astley

Duration : 8 weeks

Can I really gt from 5k to 10k?

What if I struggle with the longer runs?

This is completely normal. You’ll be guided on pacing and effort so runs feel manageable, not overwhelming.

I’ve lost consistency before - what if it happens again?

That is exactly why this exists. You’ll have structure, support and accountability to help you keep going when motivation dips.

Will it be too hard or too intense?

No. Everything is designed to feel sustainable. Progress comes from consistency, not pushing to exhaustion.

What happens if I can’t make every session?

What happens at the end of the course?

At the end of the course, we will talk through individually your next steps - whether that is keeping things gentle, joining a running group, or continuing with some guidance.

There’s little value in finishing the course without a plan in place to keep running and turn it into a realistic, sustainable habit that fits round your everyday life.
