Online Coaching

Weekly personalised plans and gentle accountability — from anywhere.

Perfect for beginners, improvers or runners wanting more structure, motivation and support.

If you want ongoing guidance but don’t need in-person sessions, online coaching gives you clarity, consistency and encouragement throughout the week.

  • Feedback/check-in each week

  • Ongoing regular WhatsApp support

1:1 Beginners Coaching (In Person)

Best suited to people who want in person guidance alongside a personalised plan

Personal, confidence-building support for anyone who prefers a quieter, more private start.

If groups feel intimidating or you want more personalised guidance, 1:1 coaching gives you gentle, encouraging support at your pace and on your terms.

In person coaching is available in South Leicestershire (Broughton Astley and surrounding areas).

Includes:

  • One 45-minute in-person session each week or fortnight

  • A personalised running plan, updated weekly and adapted as you progress

  • Guidance on breathing, pacing & technique

  • WhatsApp check-ins for reassurance, questions and adjustments

  • Support that meets you exactly where you are - physically and mentally

How it works

This is ongoing coaching. Your plan evolves week by week, building gradually and realistically around your life, energy and confidence. If sessions are fortnightly, your running plan and WhatsApp support continue weekly.

Price: £45 per session OR £160 for a 4-session starter bundle
