BraveKind 5k - 10k Course

Whether you’ve just finished Couch to 5K, or you can already run 5K but feel unsure what comes next… this is your next step.

This is an 8-week course designed to help you move from 5K towards 10K in a way that feels steady, supported, and achievable.

No pressure.

No comparison.

No rushing ahead.

Just a clear plan, gentle progression, and the confidence that builds when you realise… You can go further than you thought.

Includes:

  • Weekly coached group session with a qualified, experienced Coach

  • Two simple runs to follow in your own time

  • Runs will be a combination of short easy run, long run and intervals session

  • Facebook or WhatsApp group for support and encouragement

  • Pacing and effort guidance (so you don’t just “run harder”)

  • Gentle strength & mobility support

Price: £99 early bird discount - available up until 21st April / £119 standard

Group size: limited to a maximum of 6 for a calm, supportive experience

A gentle, supportive 10-week course for complete beginners and anxious runners.

If you’ve ever thought “I’m too unfit… too slow… too nervous… running isn’t for me” — this programme is for you.

We start exactly where you are and build slowly towards a 5K celebration run in Week 10.

Online Coaching

Weekly personalised plans and gentle accountability — from anywhere.

Perfect for beginners, improvers or runners wanting more structure, motivation and support.

If you want ongoing guidance but don’t need in-person sessions, online coaching gives you clarity, consistency and encouragement throughout the week.

Includes:

  • Weekly personalised training plan

  • Feedback/check-in each week

  • Ongoing and unlimited WhatsApp support

Price: £55 per month

1:1 Coaching (In Person)

Best suited to people who want in person guidance alongside a personalised plan

Personal, confidence-building support for anyone who prefers a quieter, more private start.

If groups feel intimidating or you want more personalised guidance, 1:1 coaching gives you gentle, encouraging support at your pace and on your terms.

In person coaching is available in South Leicestershire (Broughton Astley and surrounding areas).

Includes:

  • One 45-minute in-person session each week or fortnight

  • A personalised running plan, updated weekly and adapted as you progress

  • Guidance on breathing, pacing & technique

  • WhatsApp check-ins for reassurance, questions and adjustments

  • Support that meets you exactly where you are - physically and mentally

How it works

This is ongoing coaching. Your plan evolves week by week, building gradually and realistically around your life, energy and confidence. If sessions are fortnightly, your running plan and WhatsApp support continue weekly.

Price: £45 per session OR £160 for a 4-session starter bundle
